Developed a style guide for Google’s hardware team. The guide contains comprehensive guidelines on voice and formatting, as well as instructions for using internal CMS tools to achieve the correct voice and format.
Developed top tier, high-visibility content for new and updated products, such as Set up your Stadia Controller and Meet the Google Home app.
Helped develop and execute a major Google Home Help Center update to coincide with a revamped Google Home app and the addition of the Digital Wellbeing features.
Created a taxonomy for the naming of snippets and images in order to optimize searching and clarity when using snippets or images in Help Center content.

Developed the Awair Technical Specifications white paper, detailing specifications and effectiveness of the sensors in Awair products.
Researched indoor air pollution's effect on workplace productivity and developed a Rreturn On Investment (ROI) for Business To Business (B2B) use.
Helped to develop a new Air Quality Index (AQI) standard for Awair’s PM10 and PM2.5 particle sensor. Researched AQI standards from various organizations and government agencies that monitor air pollution (E.G. the CDC, the WHO, the Indian Ministry of Health and South Korean Ministry of Environment).

Developed numerous tutorial videos, including writing scripts, shooting, editing and performing voice-over, in addition to written articles. .
Developed and ran training plan and materials for onboarding new hires as well as remote call centers. Traveled to call centers to execute training.
